First, we can provide better pricing for our customers since we negotiate pricing directly with the refineries. Most companies must buy in the secondary market or go through the bid/tender process. Consequently, the pricing for these companies is always less attractive since they are competing with other companies.
Second, we can provide our customers with a predictable product flow. Because ITOE works directly with refineries, our customers can specify the quantity and enter a contract to receivethat quantity for a specified time (typically a year).
